Keli Yuan continues to suspend trading for asset restructuring

The announcement of major asset purchases suspended for more than one month in the company's Kelly Yuan announced today that since the date of stock suspension, the company, the counterparty of major asset purchases (independent third parties) and related intermediary agencies have actively promoted each major asset restructuring. For the project, due to the asset restructuring plan being still in progress, the company’s shares could not resume trading on September 29 at the original scheduled time. Upon application, the company’s shares will continue to be suspended, and it is expected to resume trading after the board’s disclosure and restructuring plan is convened before October 28.
