According to the "Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 4th Quarter 2013 Electronic Industry Standards Revision Plan (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)", there are 6 items in the electronic industry standard, namely Stress Test Procedures for Semiconductor Integrated Circuits for Electric Vehicles and Semiconductor Discrete Devices for Electric Vehicles. Stress test procedures, specifications for selection of high-voltage capacitors for motor controllers for electric vehicles, general specifications for metalized film capacitors for use in electric vehicle drive motor systems, general specifications for busbars used in motor controllers for electric vehicles, and bidirectional inverter-type charge-discharge motor controllers for electric vehicles. According to the plan, all six standards are formulated and the completion period is 2014.
The main drafting units for the first two standards were the fifth institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The main drafting units of the high-voltage capacitor selection standard for electric motor controllers and bi-directional inverter charge-discharge motor controllers for electric vehicles were BYD Auto Industry Co., Ltd. The general specifications of metallized film capacitors used in electric vehicle drive motor systems and the general specifications of buses used in electric vehicle motor controllers were drafted by Chery New Energy Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and Jianghuai Automobile.
