Rotational Molding, also called rotomolding or rotocast, is a thermoplastic process for producing hollow parts by placing powdered Resin into a hollow mold and then rotating that mold bi-axially in an oven until the resin melts and coats the inside of the mold.The mold is then cooled and the part is removed from the mold. Rotational moulding or Roto Molding which is a high temperature, low volume, low pressure thermoplastic forming process .It mainly suite for producing hollow, one piece parts such as large oil or chemical tanks, kayaks, point of purchase displays, frames, cases, furniture,carts, dispensers, park equipment. The material can be UV resistant which can ensure the outdoor use of your products .

Poly Aluminium Chloride

Poly Aluminium Chloride is referred to as PAC. It is also commonly called basic aluminum chloride or coagulant. It is a new type of high-efficiency inorganic polymer flocculant. Its aqueous solution is a hydrolysis product between aluminum trichloride and aluminum hydroxide, with a colloidal charge, so it has a strong adsorption on suspended matter in water. To achieve the purpose of condensing suspended matter in water. The Polyaluminium Chloride produced by Jinhe are white, yellow or light yellow powder.

Polyaluminum Chloride has the functions of removing suspended matter, COD and BOD, degreasing, decoloring, removing heavy metals and residual chlorine in water, etc. It is mainly used for purification treatment of tap water and industrial wastewater. Polyaluminum chloride is currently the most widely used inorganic coagulant in water purification processes. There is no need to adjust the pH value of the source water, it has a wide range of adaptation to the pH value of the source water, which is unmatched by traditional inorganic low molecular coagulants.

Polyaluminium Chloride is used in metallurgical, electric power, tanning, medicine, printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical and other industries` sewage treatment.It`s also used in tap Water Treatment. Its coagulation effect forms flocs (also known as alum flowers) fast, the particles are large and heavy, and the sedimentation is fast. The applicable PH value ranges from 5 to 9, and has the characteristics of low dosage, low cost, high activity, convenient operation, wide adaptability, and low corrosion.
