Clutch-shake-clutching is the process of clutching when the clutch is engaged. The vehicle can't start smoothly and often appears turbulent. The common reason is as follows. (1) The separation of the bearing housing is inflexible. (2) The end of the release lever is not within the tolerance of the same plane perpendicular to the clutch axis. (3) The fixed bolts of the flywheel housing, engine, transmission, etc. are loose; the driven plate is warped, deformed, and fractured; the driven plate rivets are loosened or the rivets are riveted on the front and back surfaces. (4) The friction plate is hardened, and the pressure plate spring breaks or ages. Clutch sounding Clutch sounding means that when the diesel engine is idling, the clutch pedal is stepped on or released, and the clutch will produce abnormal sound. The common reason is as follows. (1) The release bearing has poor lubrication or damage. The release lever is not within the tolerance range of the same plane perpendicular to the clutch axis. (2) After the friction plates wear, the thickness is uneven and the surface is uneven. (3) The bearing of the separation bearing return spring is ineffective, broken or falling off. (4) The driven disk spline cover and the first shaft spline wear too much, or the keyboard E-Rivet loosen. (1) Overhaul of friction plates. When there is oil on the surface of the friction plate, it can be cleaned with gasoline. Friction plates are slightly ablated or hardened and can be repaired by boring; rivets should be riveted again when loosened. When the total thickness of the driven plate is less than the specified limit of use, the crack exceeds two, the burn is severe, or it cannot be removed by the oil soaking, the new friction plate needs to be replaced. (2) Overhaul of steel sheets. Severe burning, cracking, deformation of the friction plate or improper placement of the steel plate after disassembly may cause the steel plate to warp and deform. After the steel sheet is warped and deformed, the inner stress of the friction sheet is increased to cause cracking. After the steel plate warps, the dial indicator can be used to check the face plate jump value of the driven plate to judge the degree of shop change. When the warpage of the steel plate does not exceed the limit of use, it can be placed on the platform. Hammer percussion leveling; steel pieces should be replaced when they should not be repaired. (3) Overhaul of drive spline housing. The splined sleeve collides with the splined sleeve shaft during clutch engagement causing wear. Abruptly loosening the clutch pedal or subjecting it to sudden loads can increase wear. After the spline sleeve is worn out, the boss is formed, which makes the axial displacement of the driven plate inflexible, the separation is not timely, and the wear of the friction plate and the shifting time of the parking block are increased. When the splined sleeve wears a light emblem or has a burr, it can be trimmed with a trowel; if the splined sleeve of the drive hub is worn out or damaged, it should be replaced. The common disadvantages of the pressure plate overhauling the pressure plate are that the friction surface is warped, burned, cracked, and worn out of the groove, and that the lug connected to the release lever breaks and the pin hole wears. After the lug holes are worn out, they can be sharpened and replaced with oversized pins to restore their normal fit. When the lug is cracked, it can be repaired by cold welding with a cast iron electrode. After the lug is broken, a dovetail groove can be opened on the pressure plate, and a new lug can be inserted. The new lug can be fixed with a screw, or can be adhesively bonded or fixed by welding. There are three lugs on the clutch pressure plate of the three-wheeled agricultural vehicle and the three grooves of the clutch pulley. When the fit clearance is more than 1.5mm, the burrs and groove marks in the groove are leveled with a file and the nickel base is used. Cast iron rods (or old piston rings) are welded to the shoulders, and are repaired to the correct size by the size of the grooves. The overhauled helical springs that are used by the clutch are praised for their long-term compression during use. The free length will be shortened, and the bending deformation and uneven end face will occur. Due to overheating or repeated impact loads, it will be annealed, fatigue cracked or even broken. Screw springs should be replaced after they have been deformed, annealed, fatigue cracked, or broken. The elastic force of the spring can be checked on the spring tester, or it can be checked by comparing the old and new springs. When the free length and spring force of the spring is less than the specified value, it should be replaced. If there is no new spring at a time, as a temporary measure, a washer of a proper thickness can be added to the hole of the spring seat to increase its elastic force; or the method of tensile quenching can be used to restore the elastic force of the spring.
