[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, the preliminary inspection and acceptance meeting of the national major scientific instrument and equipment development project “Development of New Femtosecond Laser Tracker” led by the Laser Measurement Room of the Institute of Optoelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was held in Beijing.

The acceptance will be organized by the Conditional Support and Finance Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The team leader of the acceptance team is led by Academician Ye Shenghua of Tianjin University. The members of the expert group include the National Metrology Institute, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing Optical Instrument Factory, Changchun Aopu. More than 40 people from the Institute of Optoelectronics, Shanghai Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of High Energy, the Institute of Physics, the Institute of Microelectronics and Shen Keyi, and the representatives of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Department of Optoelectronics and the project unit attended the conference.
The preliminary acceptance consists mainly of two phases: the test and the report and the conference report. In the test and acceptance stage, the project leader Zhou Weihu first introduced the project background and the pre-testing situation to the test experts. After the test experts reviewed the relevant test materials, the performance indicators of the femtosecond laser tracker prototypes on the project site were performed on the laboratory site. Tested according to the test outline and formed test opinions. In the meeting report questioning stage, the project leader and the sub-tasks respectively reported the task completion. The test team introduced the test and acceptance to the participating experts. After on-site inquiry and discussion, the project preliminary acceptance opinion was finally formed.
The expert group believes that the project has completed the requirements of the task book, and the prototype technical indicators and application development mission objectives have all met the standards through third-party testing, organizational management norms, and complete archives. The acceptance experts unanimously agreed that the project passed the preliminary acceptance, and suggested that the project team further carry out the miniaturization development of the prototype on the basis of the preliminary research, realize the industrialization, and provide large-scale precision measurement technology guarantee for the advanced manufacturing field in China.

SKH51 thimble has better toughness than SKD61; SKD61 thimble can withstand high temperature of 1600 ℃. After nitriding treatment of SKD61 thimble surface, it can improve the wear resistance of thimble very well. 65Mn thimble is brittle and easy to break because of its poor quality Some plastic molds are no longer assembled and the thimble made of 65Mn is used.

The standard for fixed thimble is GB / T9204.1-1988, and the standard for rotary thimble is JB / T3580-1998.
