Recently, Liebherr Maritime Crane delivered the largest mobile terminal overhead crane in the Caribbean to Kingston Wharves of Jamaica. The LHM 600 mobile terminal overhead crane will be equipped with an extended tower to facilitate the handling of large container ships and very large rear Panamax container ships. To further increase operational efficiency, Kingston Wharves ordered the LHM 600 mobile wharf overhead crane from Liebherr Offshore Cranes.
It is reported that the new mobile terminal overhead crane will be equipped with an extension tower that ensures a clear view of the deep cargo hold. Thanks to the tower house of up to 37 meters, the 12m extension will help to efficiently load and unload containers with maximum safety. The mobile terminal overhead crane has a maximum outreach of 58 meters, with dual lifting capacity and lifting weight of 104 tons. The LHM 600 mobile terminal overhead crane can have a container with a width of 19 rows and a stacking height of 9 containers. Container ships provide services.
