Jack safety practices

1) Before use, check whether each part is in good condition and whether the oil is clean. If the safety plug of the hydraulic jack is damaged, or the spiral, rack screw thread and rack wear reaches 20%, it is strictly prohibited.

2) The jack should be set in a flat, solid place and leveled with a mat.

3) The jack must be perpendicular to the load surface, and a non-slip mat should be added between the top and the contact surface of the weight.

4) Jacks are strictly prohibited from overloading. They must not be extended and must not exceed the specified number of operations.

5) No one should stand in front of the safety bolt when using it.

6) During the lifting process, a safety mat should be added under the weight as the weight increases, and the weight should be secured in time after reaching the top height.

7) When using two or more jacks to lift an object at the same time, the jack's total lifting capacity should not be less than twice the load. When the roof is lifted, it shall be under the unified command of the special person to ensure that the lifting speed and force of each jack are basically the same.

8) The top height of the hydraulic jack shall not exceed the limit mark line; the top height of the screw and rack jack shall not exceed 3/4 of the height of the screw or rack.

9) Jacks must not be under heavy loads for long periods of unattended use.

10) The speed of the jack must be slow, and it is strictly forbidden to drop suddenly under load.
