Products Introduction: 
The belt cleaner is designed to maintain the correct angle of attack and appropriate pressure against the conveyor belt throughout the service life of the blades, and under normal conditional there is no need for adjustments. 
 
The blades are shaped for maximum removal of carry back and minimun material build up on the cleaner itself. The blade shape and the spring tension maintain an efficient relatively constant cleaning pressure against the conveyor belt as the blade wear down.
 
 
V-shaped non-loaded cleaner
V-shaped non-loaded cleaners are mainly used for cleaning the belt around the bend pulley in return strand, which can insure the belt in clean condition and prevent big materials sticked between pulleys and belts to damage the equipment. This kind of cleaners have been widely used in kinds of industries, such as metallurgy, mines, cement and chemical engineering.
