DESCRIPTION

XINCHEN-D16 type single turnplate paper cup machine use single turn plate and 
cylinder indexing cam structure in drive system, so this machine can get faster
speed and bigger bearing, and we increase batch lubrication device, so it can
improve the live of the equipment and reduce the man-hour for maintain.It has
two options, one is counter table(automatic counter and collector), the other one
is paper feeding table, it is suitable to produce 2.5-16oz cold/hot paper cup.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Our machine features:

1).For main running chain , our machines has three range running chains.

2).Between the three main turn-plates running , we use gear running instead of chain. 

3).The turn-plate we choose aluminum material, it is not heavy, can reduce the wear
 rate of the machine. 

4).We use aluminum material for heaters once the machine stop unormal , the cup in 
side  can not burning.
