Issued the "Decision to Stop the Emissions Decision".

In 2014, Huangdao issued the “Notice of the People's Government of Huangdao District of Qingdao on the closure of illegal rubber tire enterprises in accordance with the law”, and closed the small rubber tire enterprises in violation of laws and regulations in accordance with the law. Before December 31, 2014, rubber tire manufacturers that have not been examined and approved by relevant departments, have no relevant licenses or have insufficient licenses must shut down their own operations, and complete relevant procedures such as disposal of pollutants to prevent environmental pollution accidents.

In order to strengthen the punishment of the case and order to shut down the post-inspection of the enterprise, to prevent the small rubber enterprises from illegal production, on January 31, 22:00-24:00, Huangdao Environmental Protection Bureau organized a special enforcement action to conduct a night check.

Six environmental monitoring personnel were dispatched during the inspection, and 16 small rubber tire companies that had been ordered to shut down were inspected on the spot. During the inspection, it was found that three companies were engaged in processing operations at night, and there were no pollution prevention measures on the site, and the exhaust gas was directly discharged, and the odor was obvious. In this regard, the Huangdao Environmental Protection Bureau will jointly carry out the relevant functional departments, impose a mandatory shutdown on them, stop the supply and supply of water according to law, and impose administrative punishment according to law. The crimes that constitute the crimes shall be transferred to the judicial organs for criminal responsibility.
